Progressive Technology's installation was neat, clean and efficient but what I like most about Progressive Technology is their service after sale. I know they are constantly monitoring my system because they call me if they notice an anomaly and work with me to fix it. Last year while I was in Europe there was a problem with my system. After ten years, a smoke detector had reached its useful life and needed to be replaced. I was able to communicate with them from Portugal to get the problem resolved! I like dealing with a local company that has been around for a long time. I trust them.
