During installations, we take great care to do the job correctly the first time, starting with proper design, installation and training on the system upon completion. However, our job does not end when we walk out your front door. We are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you have any problems, questions, or concerns regarding your system. A Cal Fire firefighter spoke remotely to the owner of a home that was nearly burned and the touching exchange was recorded on a doorbell security camera. The heartfelt gesture is a reminder of the remarkable work being done by thousands of firefighters across California during this devastating fire season.
