As you are later trained on-the-job, you will discover that Progressive Technology does not cut corners. Our systems work, and they work reliably for a long time. We believe that if care is put into the installation of a system, it will be more profitable in the long run. This is because the system will not require frequent maintenance.

We design for true security, while most of our competitor’s security systems provide only false security. Our systems are reliable, and they detect intrusion or fire very early. We have been known to reject prospective customers asking us to install mediocre systems.

Your success will depend on your ethics and professional conduct. You will be trusted to perform and act professionally as you enter each home or workplace. Our customers are our livelihood, and you are our representative.

At Progressive Technology, you are encouraged to grow within the company. There is much expertise to be gained, and your knowledge-base will grow as much as you allow. You will be promoted to a lead installer when you are ready to manage an installation.
