We install Security Systems to our own high stadards, in an effort to establish a long-term relationship as your trusted Security Partner. |
We do not install a $99 Security System. Affordability is important to us, but protecting our customers is more important. Your home security system will be reliable, easy to use, and convenient. Every installation is tailored to you and your specific needs.
A good security system is the marriage of quality equipment and a logical design. Security systems usually have a "shelf life" of 5-7 years due to changes in industry and manufacture standards.
Good security equipment works well for a long time. Unfortunately, most people discover the quality of the equipment after it is installed in their home or business. The design is often dependant on the price. An optimal security design will provide several layers of protection.
Event Log or "Buffer":
You can access system events if you have an LCD keypad, if your home alarm system supports this feature. An event can be anything alarm related, such as power failures, when the system has been armed and disarmed and whose code was used.
Customize Your "Chime" Feature:
Your home security system is usually programmed to beep if the front door is opened. But you can also have your installer program any of your windows to do likewise.
Automatic Shutoff And Reset:
Another way to allow access to your home at preset times is to choose an alarm system that allows automatic arming and disarming. With a feature like this, you can program your system to allow a "window" of access to your home.
DMP ePad Operation:
This feature allows you to "call-up" your system from the internet , by entering a special code. With this feature you can check the system or change features.
Special Codes For Occasional Users:
Your housekeeper, for example, can have a code that will only work with your home alarm system on certain days or times. Or you can program a code that will automatically erase after only one use, to let a neighbor in to feed your dog while you are on vacation.
Duress Code:
If someone follows you into your home and forces you to disable the alarm system, keying in a special code disarms your home security system, but sends a silent panic signal to the monitoring station.
